In a modification proceeding, where a child support order was based on imputed income because the obligor's actual income was unknown, actual earnings from reemployment is the measure from which to determine whether a substantial change in circumstances exists rendering the original order unreasonable and unfair. 2. An obligor who has initiated child support modification proceedings, has made an appearance in those proceedings, and has not objected to the court's jurisdiction, waived any objection to the court's jurisdiction to hold the obligor in contempt for failure to pay child support.
